LISA MONTANARO RDH, OMT
Owner
I grew up in Woburn, Massachusetts, always knowing I wanted to work in the medical field. In 2003, I graduated from Mount Ida College as a Registered Dental Hygienist and began my career in clinical dentistry. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in several outstanding practices, gaining valuable experience and building meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues.
While I continue to have a passion for clinical hygiene, I truly found my calling in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy. I believe the foundational functions of breathing, chewing, and swallowing have long been overlooked in healthcare — and addressing them can create profound, lasting change.
With my extensive knowledge of the oral cavity, certification in the Buteyko Breathing Method, and deep understanding of how oral function connects to overall health, my goal is to help both children and adults breathe better, function better, and thrive.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy the beautifully busy chaos of being a mom to two boys and a wife to my amazing husband. Much of our time is spent traveling for wrestling tournaments and making lasting family memories. I also love baking and exploring new restaurants whenever we get the chance.
